Ron Dickerson was head college football coach for the Temple from 1993 until 1997 and at Alabama State from 1998 through 1999. His overall coaching record is 15–62.[1]

After coaching under Joe Paterno at Pennsylvania State University as a defensive backs coach, he was named head football coach for the Temple from 1993 until 1997. After Temple, Dickerson became the head coach at Alabama State from 1998 through 1999.

On January, 8, 2010, Dickerson was named head football coach at Lambuth University replacing Hugh Freeze, who accepted a job with San Jose State University[2]
